My journey in personal training combines real-world experience with professional credentials. I hold national powerlifting records in my age group and bring a unique perspective from my background in Emergency Medicine. Yes, you will need to check with your gym to see if an external trainer can come to your gym. Is there a cost? If there is a cost, you will need to pay for it. It is not included in my prices.
